Hi, friend!

I’m Natalie Stillians, the owner and lead coordinator at Forever Amen Events, serving couples in Alaska and Southwest Missouri. I’m passionate about helping couples celebrate their love with intentional and beautifully organized weddings. Before becoming a planner, I spent a couple of years as a wedding photographer, gaining valuable insights into the flow of a wedding day and building connections with fantastic vendors. Being part of these love stories is a true privilege.

I have a wonderful team that ensures every wedding runs smoothly, from organizing details to managing timelines, making your day stress-free and unforgettable. Having recently tied the knot in 2025, I understand the joy and challenges of wedding planning. Your Questions, Answered

Can you serve dinner and put dinner together? Do you need a meal?

The Coordinator is not responsible for serving and putting any meals together for any guests for liability reasons. The Client is responsible for adding the Coordinator (and any additional help) into the meal count.

When do rehearsals need to be scheduled?

The Client must work with the Coordinator on scheduling a rehearsal date (if included in package.) Rehearsals must be scheduled Monday - Thursday.

Do you require a depoist?

All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This helps secure your wedding/event date!
