I'm glad your here!

Hello, friend!

I’m Natalie Stillians—owner, wedding planner, and lead coordinator at Forever Amen Events, serving couples across Alaska and Southwest Missouri. My passion is helping couples celebrate their love through intentional, heartfelt, and beautifully organized wedding days.

Before stepping fully into planning, I spent a couple of years as a wedding photographer. That experience gave me a unique behind-the-scenes perspective, helped me build strong relationships with amazing vendors, and taught me how to anticipate the flow and feel of a wedding day long before it unfolds. Being part of these love stories is truly one of the greatest privileges of my life.

I also have a wonderful team who works alongside me—helping coordinate, assist, and ensure that every wedding runs seamlessly from start to finish. Whether it’s organizing details, managing timelines, or supporting you throughout the process, we are here to make your day stress-free and unforgettable.

After recently tying the knot myself in 2025, I deeply understand the joy, excitement, and occasional overwhelm that come with planning a wedding. So whether you need full planning support or just someone you trust to be by your side on the big day, I’d love to be your go-to-gal!

“A great wedding planner doesn’t just organize; they create memories that last a lifetime.”

“Natalie kept our day going so smoothly. She handled everything- to the point where I didn’t really need to lift a finger. Natalie took the stress off of my shoulders: she went above and beyond to make our day truly unforgettable. From the little details to the big moments, everything was handled with such care and thoughtfulness. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every second because of her hard work. We’re forever grateful!”

Your Questions, Answered

Can you serve dinner and put dinner together? Do you need a meal?

The Coordinator is not responsible for serving and putting any meals together for any guests for liability reasons. The Client is responsible for adding the Coordinator (and any additional help) into the meal count.

Is cleanup included in the package and rehearsal dinner?

Cleanup time after the wedding and rehearsal dinners are able to be added on with an additional small fee included in the total price depending on the package that you book (some packages do include rehearsals.) The Client and the Coordinator, if purchased, can work on a rehearsal dinner time.

Do you require a depoist?

All bookings require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This helps secure your wedding/event date!
